Overview
The production line is to produce Fiberglass/Basalt Fiber Reinforced Plastic composite bar in different sizes. It can produce five pieces of basalt fiber reinforced composite bar at one time, with diameters range from 6mm to 22mm.
The production line consists of roving creel, resin bath, winder, heating oven, cooling system, pulling device, cutter and flipper table.
The production line can finish roving guide, impregnation, preforming, winding, heating and curing, cooling, pulling, fix-length cutting and profiles collection.
The production line can produce 5 composite bars at one time with high efficiency.
